Last Day at the job

Its bittersweet to part ways with an organization that treated you decently in an environment that is increasingly placing profits over humanity. Its always expected that people leave jobs they don’t like but rarely this is not the case. When your boss trusts you, believes in your judgement, and competence, autonomy follows. I think this is a bigger complement than an actual compliment to an employee when you know you are valued and trusted. The ability to resolve issues for your colleagues, promote the mission and vision of the organization and builds your value. Always work to the best of your ability and in thus doing, never regret not giving it your best effort.
